Accept a scheduled order

1. Open the "ManageApp".
2. From the navigation menu (three lines) on top left, select "Order Dashboard".
3. Scheduled orders show "Scheduled" time highlighted with yellow background.
4. Select the order and click "Accept" button. A screen appears that shows the message that is sent to the user, click "Accept".
