Here are the different methods to receive details of orders placed by customers.
Email:
Each order placed by customers on Freshbytes online ordering platform is sent to restaurant registered email id. All details regarding an order are sent via email to the restaurant email id which they used at time of sign up.
iPad or iPhone:
To receive the order details on an iPad or iPhone, restaurant should have Freshbytes Management console App (ManageApp). ManageApp can be downloaded on an iPad or iPhone. Check the below-mentioned article for downloading ManageApp.
Once you have downloaded ManageApp. Just login with your credential and you can manage orders from that device. Your user id is the email id that you used to signup with freshbytes and the password must have been set up by you.
