Sometimes the delivery ordered is not completed due to several reasons like, the customer is not reachable, dasher did not come, customer/dasher did not pick the call, etc. For these, you can choose either of the two options mentioned below.
1. Login to Merchant Portal
You can directly login to Merchant Portal and see the status of every single delivery order for which delivery was requested by FreshBytes platform. You can keep a copy of the document and can explain to the customer or Doordash based on the status showing on the doordash portal.
2. Call Doordash Support Line
