Order Refund (Full or Partial)

Any order amount can be refunded back to the customer from Stripe dashboard, which you can operate from any smart phone, tablet or desktop. Here are the links:

Steps:

1. Login to Stripe Dashboard.  If you forgot your Stripe password, click on this link https://dashboard.stripe.com/reset
2. Once logged in, look for "Payments" option.
   • Every single payment transaction is tagged with FreshBytes order number. 
   • Click on the transaction and you will see an option to refund.
   • Type in the amount you want to refund and click "Refund" button.
