Before you begin, connect Star Micronics TSP 100 series LAN printer to the WiFi router via the ethernet cable. Check that iPad is connected to the WiFi network of the same WiFi router where printer is connected.
- Open the ManageApp.
- From the navigation menu (three lines on top left), go to "Printer Settings".
- Under "Kitchen Printer" section, click the line that says "Tap to connect Printer". ManageApp should now be able to discover the LAN printer. Select the printer. If no printers are found, check if iPad is connected to the WiFi network of the same WiFi router where Star Micronics TSP 100 Series LAN printer is connected.
- Do the same steps for "Order Receipt".
- Now go back to the "Order Dashboard". Select any order and on the top right hand side, click on the "printer" icon to print Kitchen or Order receipts.
